As the industry continues to face a significant worldwide shortage of DDR4 products, Winbond—already in full mass production of DDR4 4Gb – is now launching the DDR4 8Gb device and is ready to accept sample orders.
The new DDR4 8Gb product range will include both Commercial-grade and Industrial-grade options.
Winbond, the 5th largest DRAM manufacturer, is headquartered in Taiwan and has expanded its manufacturing capacity in Taiwan based on 16nm process technology, in accordance with JEDEC standards.
