Data JCE Electronics, an official SiTime distributor, is pleased to announce that SiTime has acquired certain assets of Renesas’ timing business.
As part of this transition, customers should update the supplier/vendor of record for affected timing products from Renesas Electronics Corporation to SiTime Corporation.
Important: This is an administrative supplier change only.
It is not an alternate source qualification, second source qualification, or new product qualification.

• Update vendor records from Renesas to SiTime.
• No alternate source qualification is required.
• No new or duplicate internal part numbers are needed.
• Existing Renesas timing entries do not need to be EOL’d solely due to this change.
• Part number continuity should be maintained.
